Terms and Conditions for Zorgvliet Padel Courts:

1. Booking and Reservation:
– All bookings for the padel court must be made in advance through our designated booking system or by contacting our customer service.
– Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
– Zorgvliet Padel Courts reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or maintenance requirements.

2. Court Usage:
– The padel court must be used for its intended purpose of playing padel only.
– Players must adhere to the rules and regulations of the game and maintain proper sportsmanship throughout their play.
– The maximum number of players per court is four (2 players per team).
– Non-marking padel shoes must be worn to protect the court surface.
– Players are responsible for their own equipment and must ensure it does not cause any damage to the court or surrounding areas.

3. Safety and Liability:
– All players make use of the padel courts at their own risk, and Zorgvliet Padel Courts will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur.
– Players are advised to warm up properly and take necessary precautions to prevent injuries.
– Zorgvliet Padel Courts reserves the right to deny access or remove any individual or group from the premises if they pose a threat to the safety or well-being of others.

4. Cancellation and Refunds:
– Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the booking time will be eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
– In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, Zorgvliet Padel Courts may offer to reschedule the booking or provide a refund at its discretion.

5. Code of Conduct:
– All players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner.
– Any form of abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior towards other players, staff, or visitors will not be tolerated.
– Zorgvliet Padel Courts reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or banning individuals, in cases of misconduct.

6. Facility Rules:
– Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the padel court premises.
– Pets are not allowed on the padel courts or surrounding areas.
– Players are expected to maintain cleanliness and dispose of any litter in designated areas.

By booking and using the Zorgvliet Padel Courts, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Zorgvliet Padel Courts reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as necessary.
